In this aeon of pandemic period , people that is we ,go
through many mental ailments , especially we focus on
our body dysmorphia also known as dysmorphic syndrome means physique illness.

Yes! Ofcourse , recently body shaming plays a vital role
in most of our minds. Despite the Covid, fat-phobia
hits many people. Even in social media platforms. I
guess like Instagram , many reels reach a popularity which deals with body.
● Prior, make up our mind not the body:
Major number which counts nearly 80% of people just focus on others perspective than their intentional mind.
First of all, we must not prepare or make our
mind to torment our body. Mental health comfort is
more important than physical health comfortness. Only
we, or I know own body complexions or can also be said
as body thoughts.
" Don't judge a book by it's cover."
As this proverb, beauty doesn't lie in the outward
form. If someone call you as something like describing
fatty or some other thing such as obese, husky,
blubbery etc...it isn't that you are not beauty, but it is
said that those eyes are so ugly.
Instead , we can make-up our mind and thoughts
beautiful based upon the body like,
I am FAT but I am Beautiful.
I redeem the word for myself as a neutral
description of my body. You can add ample of words to
describe the round beautiful body as Voluptous ,
blooming, Rubenesque, Unique , Bountiful etc.
● Check out the Flaws:
We are not too late! It's not that we only have to see
the negative connotations upon us and weep with
struggle. We can make-up our mind to arise with hope
just to make a try to the criticizers.
Basically , it's us who only know about our own
body and it's medications. So, better if you are
undergoing critical health issues , you must be aware of
your body. Consulting doctors before you decide paves
a great way for your health.
"Beauty isn't measured in kilometres or lbs".
● Utilisation and Putting into practice:
Walking up in early morning is the first bestway for
our physical building. We must undergo some diet
charts to have a healthy nutrition. It isn't that we must
quit foods to make-up our appearance.
Intaking a lots of nutritional food base brings
energy to put our efforts in physical jerks as well as to
our mental power .
And moreover , doing some kinds of workouts such as
squats , plank, jumping jacks, crunches are the basic
starters for the weightloss. If not there are many steps
in Yoga and meditation which helps in body building
and also spreading positive Auro around us.

Efforts don't end in vain. Actions explains a lot more
than words.. Let's get into action and show off the
world that everything is possible and let's zip-up the
criticizers.
Social media is often blamed for the rise in trolling,
but body shaming is not a new phenomenon . Postcards
from that time showed images such as ' fat women'
sometimes as a pincushion.
Let's avoid unhealthy foods such as junks
which reduces our immune system instead let's take up
Proteins, vitamins and mineral rich foods and
supplements to improve our immunity to get rid off
Covid.
Taking up health rich foods is not only good for our
physical strength as well as it keeps us away from many
disease and also builds up our mental ability.
From these changes we get positive thoughts and even
Auro which we can change people from negative
connotations. We can have a peaceful environment.
